Try this Roast Pork Loin Marinade for easy meal preparation!
This roast pork loin marinade is sure to make an ordinary day into a celebration. The combination of white wine, garlic and thyme in a roast pork loin will excite your senses.
How to prep it for cooking
Pop it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 2 hrs (or more) until done. Else, quickly sear the outside and cook it in a slow cooker for a good 6 hours under low fire before heading out for school or work.
How to store it until ready for use
Marinade the meat for a minimum of 6 hours if you want to use it on the same day or pop it in the freezer, otherwise. Once you put this marinated meat in the freezer, the marinading process is paused. Take it out of the freezer to thaw in the refrigerator a night before use.
