Scars make people unique and they can be beautiful.
Tattoos are also considered creative expressions and marks of bravery.
However, there are instances that we just want to do away with them. For example, tattoos are banned in most of the onsens and pools in Japan. During the Edo period, tattoos replaced punishments such as mutilation according to Yamamoto (Irezumi no Sekai, 2005). Apparently, this wide assumption that tattooed individuals are criminals still flourished today, preventing tattooed individuals from enjoying public baths, with signs barring tattooed individuals from entering.
Philippines is passionate about beauty contests and that entails baring the skin. If you fit all the other requirements sans a flawless skin, covering up might be a challenge specially when you need to get wet (i.e. swimsuit competitions in the pool or beach).
This product aims to do away with the scars or tattoos for up to a week even if you go to the pool or the beach. Watch the videos below!
